On July 5th The Battle Standard welcomes Justin ‘misterjustin’ McCoy, founder of Secret Weapon Miniatures, and winner of more than 24 national and international painting awards, including two gold medals at Crystal Brush, and an IPMS Best of Show award, for a day of painting and weathering technique demonstrations.
Misterjustin reached out to The Battle Standard after hearing about our recent association with Chris Dubuque, a.k.a. Jawaballs, of the Warhammer 40k Blood Angels Blogspot. After checking out the TBS venue via our online photo gallery and having a short conversation with TBS owner, Jared Brodeur, about our community (and Battle Cry!) the date was set for misterjustin to bring his clinic to the east coast!
Classes will include a combination of hands-on, demonstration, and Q&A sessions, and are open to painters of all levels.
