The Battle Standard's 2013 Membership Appreciation Party is upon us!
Every year, in keeping with the TEN theme of our Membership Program, the Saturday closest to October 10th (10/10) The Battle Standard hosts a gathering to show appreciation for those customers supporting our TBS-X (TEN) Membership Program. This event has been limited to members only in the past but this year we're trying something new...
For 2013 we've chosen a destination location for it's great food, exceptional beverage selection, and a seriously cool pirate themed décor! Kaptain Jimmy's Restaurant & Distillery is owned and operated by the same folks that gave us the very successful Opa Opa Steakhouse & Brewery of Southhampton, MA. They have succeeded in their previous endeavor and as a result have opened this characterful, colorful and first of it's kind on the east coast, restaurant and distillery.
The Battle Standard has arranged for our guests to occupy the beautiful Distillery dining area as well as the aft of the immense Pirate Ship bar for this years event. (Yes, that's right. The entire bar is modeled as a ship's hull including masts that double as beer taps). Our staff will be on hand with games and prizes throughout the day as you are free to enjoy a prepared buffet, an extensive variety of hand-crafted beer and a selection of spirits distilled just adjacent and completely visible from our event area. We may also have access to the outdoor patio (weather dependent) for a few outdoor activities TBA.
As mentioned earlier, we've made our Membership Appreciation Event available to non-Members this year via a purchased ticket. We are still celebrating those folks supporting our membership program but we also saw a demand for this option thus we decided to try it out this year. Information on how a non-Member can engage in the festivities can be located.
This themed destination is approximately 30 minutes North of The Battle Standard. Those that visit us on a regular basis from Northern CT and Western MA will find it very convenient. Those that are travelling from Southern CT may have a little longer of a drive and we apologize in advance for that. All we can say is that we will make it worth your while. So car pool with friends and do whatever it takes to join us for our big event!

IMPORTANT! There is a discount for those who register early so please take advantage! We also want everyone to know that the potential is there for this event to reach maximum capacity. Should that happen, all members are guaranteed attendance. Non-Member ticket sales will be closed however so PLEASE register early to guarantee attendance.
